NOODLE SALAD ORIENTALE
- 8 ounces (dry) corkscrew (Rotini) macaroni
- 2 green onions & tops, thinly sliced on diagonal
- 1 medium carrot, trimmed and julienne cut
- 1 medium zucchini, trimmed and julienne cut
- 1/2 pound imitation crab meat
- 1/4 cup Nishiki Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dynasty Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dynasty Sesame Oil
Cook macaroni as package directs, omitting salt. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool and drain well. Combine macaroni, green onions & tops, carrot, zucchini, imitation crab meat in large bowl. Add vinegar, oyster sauce and sesame oil; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Makes 6 servings, about 1-1/2 cups each.
